Because your purchase is a digital product with no physical delivery, it is considered used once it is downloaded, accessed, or opened. However, Business Unlocked offers a 14-day refund period for non-sale products only if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you do not receive the digital product link after your purchase, please contact support@business-unlocked.com right away with your transaction or purchase details so we can deliver your product as quickly as possible.

Refund requests are reviewed for non-sale digital products within 14 days of purchase. Products marked as sale items, discounted bundles, special offers, or limited-time promotions are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We may deny a refund if there is clear evidence that the product has been extensively downloaded, consumed, shared, or misused beyond a reasonable evaluation period.
